- C:\Program Files\Intuit *this is the default folder; adjust the folder name as appropriate for custom installations.

Registry:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intuit
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\QuickBooks.CoLocator
